Can a digital display capture the essence of luxury hospitality?
The Bluesman Bar is located at the 5-star venue — formerly known as The Ritz — El Palace Hotel, located in Barcelona. It contains an exclusive cigar lounge and a speakeasy bar.
We created a guest experience that mirrored the elegance of their brand. Combining operational expertise with menu engineering and premium service level training, the result delivered an atmosphere that truly resonates with their discerning clientele.
- Craft → F&B menu engineering, beverage programs, service formats
- Service → Service model designs aligned with the brand; service philosophy, staffing logic, operational rhythms, training, recruitment & development
- Partnership → Post opening adjustments, brand stewardship, experience audits, marketing alignment: new promoters, business relationships, and event management
- Financial Logistics → Supplier negotiations, cost control, forecasting and reports.
